Services / EOS® Implementation

Get your leadership team running the business, not waiting on you.

I implement EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, in owner-led companies. It's the system I ran my own company on: one clear vision, a team that executes every week, and issues that get solved instead of circled.

How it works

What we’ll do together.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation

A free 30-minute call about your business, your team and what's in the way, and whether I'm the right fit to help.

  2. 02

    Build the foundation

In a full-day working session, your leadership team learns the core tools: who owns what, the numbers to watch every week, 90-day priorities and a meeting rhythm that solves issues.

  3. 03

    Get on the same page

Next we define where you're going and how you'll get there: core values, your focus, long-range targets and a one-year plan everyone can repeat.

  4. 04

    Keep the rhythm

Every quarter we review results, set the next priorities and work through the biggest issues. Once a year we plan the year ahead.

  5. 05

    Run it on your own

The goal is a leadership team that runs the system on its own.

Questions

Good questions to ask.

What is EOS?

EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is a set of simple concepts and practical tools that helps entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. It strengthens three things: vision, traction and a healthy leadership team.

How long does it take?

The tools start working in the first quarter. Getting to where your team runs everything on its own usually takes a couple of years of quarterly sessions, depending on your team.

Do we need to be a certain size?

EOS is built for entrepreneurial companies, typically 10 to 250 employees, with a leadership team of at least three people.

What does it cost?

It depends on your team and what you need. We'll cover it on the free intro call, with no obligation.
