Most businesses don’t have a strategy problem. They have a waste problem, a clarity problem and an accountability problem. I’ve spent 25 years helping business leaders fix all three.
My story
I didn’t set out to become a business coach. I set out to build a business.
And I did. Over 25 years of ownership and leadership, I built, scaled and ultimately exited a company that landed on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. I lived every phase: the early chaos of a startup, the growing pains of rapid scale, and the hard lessons about what happens when teams lose alignment and accountability disappears.
Somewhere along the way, I discovered EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and implemented it in my own company. The transformation was immediate. Accountability replaced ambiguity. Employees found purpose. Margins improved through operational efficiency. The business didn’t just grow; it got healthier.
That experience changed my trajectory. After a successful exit, I launched Flagline Strategy with a simple conviction: most businesses don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of waste, misalignment and a lack of follow-through. I’d seen it firsthand, and I’d fixed it firsthand.
What I believe
Time is the most expensive thing in the world. You can’t earn it back, and you can’t borrow more of it. Every day your business runs on broken systems, bad meetings and unclear priorities is a day you’ll never get back.
My job is to stop the bleeding.
How I work
Today I work with business leaders and their teams to cut inefficiency, build cohesive leadership and create systems that drive real revenue growth. My approach spans sales operations, marketing strategy, management excellence and organizational health, all grounded in data, accountability and a relentless focus on execution. I also bring in AI and emerging technology to unlock opportunities most companies haven’t considered yet.
