My Story
I didn't set out to become a business coach. I set out to build a business.

And I did. Over 25 years of ownership and leadership, I built, scaled, and ultimately exited a company that landed on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. I lived every phase: the early chaos of startup, the growing pains of rapid scale, the hard lessons about what happens when teams lose alignment and accountability disappears.
Somewhere along the way, I discovered EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and implemented it in my own company. The transformation was immediate. Accountability replaced ambiguity. Employees found purpose. Margins improved through operational efficiency. The business didn't just grow; it got healthier.
That experience changed my trajectory. After a successful exit, I launched Flagline Strategy with a simple conviction: most businesses don't fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of waste, misalignment, and a lack of follow-through. I'd seen it firsthand and I'd fixed it firsthand.
Here's what I believe: time is the most expensive thing in the world. You can't earn it back, you can't borrow more of it, and every day your business runs on broken systems, bad meetings, and unclear priorities is a day you'll never get back. My job is to stop the bleeding.
