It’s easy to be caught up in a quickly changing environment. I’ve sometimes found myself tightening up during periods of change. It’s natural to be more protective, guarded, and conservative with risk when uncertainty is higher. But, it’s at these times we should have our antenna up and our mind available for an alternative possibility. Please don’t mistake this as an increase of risk tolerance, but more about being ready for a new reality. Inflection points are identifiable markers where individuals can harness available technology to reach an objective with greater efficiency. Travel, communication, food production, etc. have all had incredible advancements from innovation and then commercialized by enterprising individuals. I believe A.I. is the next chapter of this evolution.
